FKC Member Regulations
The rules and regulations stated here are to ensure the rights, obligations, and duties of each individual FKC Member and to govern interactions and transactions between and among all FKC members, and between the members and FKC International, Inc. As a Members of FKC International you agree to read and uphold the following rules and regulations.

Anyone who has reached the age of eighteen (18) and is mentally sound, regardless of sex, education, race, nationality, political and/or religious beliefs, is eligible to become an FKC member when sponsored by a current FKC member. Membership is to be voluntary, free from outside pressure in any manner or form.

FKC reserves the right to approve or disapprove an application for membership or renewal of membership. All members are to follow all the rules, regulations, and codes of conduct as stated in the "Member Agreement" in all of their transactions.

An application takes effect automatically upon receipt of its signed form via fax or regular mail.

Once the application is approved and signed by the applicant, the individual has been granted FKC membership officially. However, the member remains a separate, independent entity and is in no manner or capacity a formal employee of FKC International, Inc.

Upon becoming a FKC member, the member has the right and privilege to order and sell products from FKC International, Inc directly and is entitled to earn profit from direct sales and bonuses from sales by the members he or she has sponsored.

It should be made clear here that bonuses are for actual sales of products, not for sponsoring others to become FKC International, Inc members.

A FKC member has the responsibility to help the new member(s) he or she has sponsored to become fully operational and to expand business. The member is eligible for bonuses from the actual sales by the members he or she has sponsored.

While a FKC member has the responsibility to help the new member(s) he or she has sponsored launch and expand business, the member can not and should not under any circumstances pressure them to: purchase and/or store any products and/or their accessories; purchase non-FKC products, or any business starter documents, accessories, or stationery not produced by FKC International, Inc.

Signing the Contract means, automatically, that a member agrees not to engage in the following activities: enticing or planning to entice other FKC members, consumers, and/or employees to engage in competitive online direct marketing business; employing FKC members, consumers, employees, developers, and providers to engage in competitive online direct marketing business, in any manner and capacity, as an employer him- or herself, or on behalf of any other individual, joint ventures, associations, incorporations, and other business entities.

A FKC member should follow to the letter all codes of conduct governing business transactions. A FKC member does not and is not allowed to represent FKC International, Inc in any manner and/or capacity or make any statements that are in violation of the official, stated positions and policies of FKC International, Inc. A FKC member should not engage in any activities that will hurt the interests of FKC International, Inc and/or that of other members. A FKC member should not make any misrepresentations and untruthful claims of FKC products and bonus systems. The member and the member alone is liable for any and all damages suffered by FKC International, Inc and its customers as a result of such misrepresentations and untruthful claims.

In addition to the rules and regulations established by FKC International, Inc, a FKC member must obey all the relevant laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen or legal resident in conducting any and all business transactions.

The relevant laws of the country of which the member is a citizen or legal resident are applicable to all things and areas that are not covered by the FKC rules and regulations stated here.

A FKC member is fully aware that FKC International, Inc has the right to suspend his or her membership once it is made aware of alleged misconduct, i.e., violation(s) of any of the stated rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. The suspension takes effect instantly until further, final decision from FKC International, Inc. If the investigation results in finding the case against the member is valid, FKC International, Inc has the right to suspend or terminate the member’s membership at any time, including suspension or termination of eligibility for all bonuses and other incomes.

All brand names of FKC products, the name of the company, and its logo, etc., are the sole and exclusive properties of FKC International, Inc. Under no circumstances should a member misuse the said properties in any manner or form to promote any other, non-FKC business.

A FKC member should be aware that the rules, regulations, and contract are subject to revision by FKC International, Inc at any time as FKC deems necessary and that the revised documents have exactly the same legal bind and fiduciary effect to the member. Once FKC International, Inc has publicized the revised documents on its website, they become official and take effect immediately . The member's membership and eligibility to the bonuses are contingent upon his or her complete acceptance of the newly revised documents.

FKC International, Inc reserves the right to discontinue any product listed in its catalog and the right to replace it with any other comparable product.

The member is in clear and full knowledge that FKC International, Inc has never in any manner or form promised and/or guaranteed any member a certain amount of income or bonuses. A FKC member cannot transfer his or her membership to anyone else without prior approval from FKC International, Inc.

Refund Policy: A FKC member must follow FKC's refund policy. The member is eligible for a full refund, minus 10% handling and storage fees within thirty days of purchase and if the product is in mint, resalable condition and original packaging.

Cancellation of Membership: A FKC distributor can discontinue his or her FKC membership freely and at any time when he or she sends a written request to FKC International, Inc via regular mail. The letter must make explicit, unequivocal request to discontinue membership and must bear the appropriate signature of the distributor making the request. Regardless of reasons for cancellation of membership, once the cancellation takes effect, no application for membership can be re-filed within the first 185 days as of the day the cancellation takes effect, or filed under a different name, a name of a business company, the name of the spouse or another other family member, or in any other manner that would result in duplicate memberships.
